What we believe

The founder should own growth but there are only 24 hours in a day.

Early buyers buy the founder: the conviction, the story and the person who will pick up the phone when something breaks. That is why founder-led sales is right. The limit is the calendar. Every hour spent building lists, writing sequences and chasing replies is an hour away from the product, the team and the raise.

The Codax Accelerator keeps you as the voice, the sender and the closer, and puts a team behind you that does everything else. We accelerate the founder. We do not replace the founder.

Your extended growth team

Three engines around one founder

For 90 days, a senior team works inside your go-to-market. You set the direction and take the calls. We drive the volume, the tests and the follow-through.

  • LinkedIn and email sequences from your own accounts, in your words
  • Copy tested with you every round, more volume behind what books calls

02

Design partners

From first call to paid pilot

  • A tight ICP, with stretch accounts named
  • A design partner offer, terms and the proof each buyer needs to see
  • A waitlist that keeps warm brands close and creates urgency
  • LOIs and paid pilots tracked account by account

03

Advisory

From founders and growth leaders who have scaled

  • Positioning and pricing for the first paying customers
  • Your profile and story, ready for buyers who look you up
  • Your first GTM hire, and when to make it
  • The pipeline story for the next raise

Accelerate, not replace

This is not hiring an agency

Founders are told to avoid hired guns, and they are right to. Buyers at this stage want the founder, not a stranger with a script. So we never step in front of you. We stand behind you, and make every hour you give to growth go further.

The 90 days

How we dive in with you

Two weeks to assess and fix. From day 15 we build, test and scale at the same time, because a startup does not have the luxury to wait.

Live from day 15ReviewReviewReview

Assess and fix

Days 1 to 14

Your thesis, the buyer and what a design partner needs to see. Your profile and positioning fixed, the account list agreed, sending set up.

Build

Day 15 onwards

Target lists, buying signals and sequences across LinkedIn and email go live from your accounts, and keep growing.

Test

Day 15 onwards

Copy written with you is tested from the first send, judged on replies and calls booked. What books calls stays, the rest is cut.

Scale

Day 15 onwards

Volume moves behind what works the moment it works. Design partners signed, and a pipeline story ready for the next round.

Day 1Day 15Day 30Day 60Day 90

Build, test and scale run together from day 15. A pipeline review at day 30, day 60 and day 90, account by account, moves the volume.

Follow-on investment

FAQ

Questions from founders

Is this an agency?

No. An agency takes the work away from you and runs it under its own playbook. The Codax Accelerator runs from your accounts, in your voice, with you on every sales call. We build and run the machine around you so the hours you put in reach more of the right buyers.

Who is the Codax Accelerator for?

Founders backed by Y Combinator or another accelerator who are selling to businesses and want the 90 days of the batch, or the 90 days after it, to produce paying design partners and a pipeline the next investors trust.

What does it cost?

$1,500 a month for the 90-day programme. That covers the extended growth team across outbound, design partners and advisory.

How much of my time does it take?

About an hour a week on priorities and copy, plus the sales calls you take. Outreach goes out under your name, so you sign off the message and we run the volume.

What is the follow-on investment?

Codax considers a follow-on investment in the next round raised by companies in the programme. Because we review your pipeline with you every month, the decision rests on numbers we have seen build, not on a pitch.

Is Codax affiliated with Y Combinator?

No. Codax is independent. Y Combinator and other accelerators are referenced as the audience we work with, and Codax is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

Codax is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Y Combinator or any accelerator. A follow-on investment is subject to Codax's review of the company and the round.

You have all the time in the world, and no time at all.

Tell us about your company, your buyer and where you are in the batch. We will come back to you on whether the Accelerator fits.
